AQS1 - Air Quality Station

The AQS1 is a modular system that combines a robust light-scattering nephelometer and Aeroqual’s industry leading gas analyzer. Each sensor is housed in a module, and the system is built with only the modules you require. The AQS1 can measure particulate matter (PM) and up to three gases at the same time. Each module is connected with the control system for air sampling, data and power.


At any time, the AQS1 can be upgraded to measure additional parameters by adding new modules in the field. You can choose from the following parameters:

  • Particulate matter: TSP, PM10, PM2.5, PM1

  • Gases: O3, NO2, VOCs, CO

  • Meteorological: temperature, humidity, rain, pressure, wind speed / direction, solar radiation

  • Noise


The AQS 1 is designed for short and long-term monitoring studies and is affordable enough to be deployed in small networks for a range of applications.
